Republic of Ireland Delivery (2-5 working days)
Nightline is our delivery partner for Ireland. They deliver Monday to Friday, from 8.00am to 6.00pm. Postage and packing is charged at a flat rate of €6. Free delivery is available on orders above €100. A signature will generally be required to confirm receipt of delivery.
If you have not received your order, we will be happy to provide you with a tracking number from Nightline. If a parcel is tracked and states that it has been delivered or signed for, please check the signature of the recipient or and then check with your neighbours. If your parcel is down as signed or delivered we will not replace the parcel in question unless there are exceptional circumstances.
Nightline is our delivery partner for the UK and Northern Ireland. They deliver Monday to Friday, from 8.00am to 6.00pm. Postage and packing is charged at a flat rate of €6 (incl. vat). Please note, signature will be required to confirm receipt of delivery.
We use An Post for all international shipping. International shipping times range from country to country. Shipping cost is calculated by weight, the maximum is 2kg per order.
Europe – Up to 1Kg €11.50, up to 2 Kg €14.50.
Rest of the World – Up to 1Kg €15.50, up to 2 Kg €21.50.
Cancelling an Order
If we have not yet despatched the goods, we will cancel your order and make an immediate repayment. You can cancel an order by emailing email@example.com. If the item has been dispatched then you must return the item to us in order to get a refund.
Returning an item
If you have already received the goods but wish to cancel your order, you will need to make the return within 14 days of receipt. Once we have received your goods, we will credit you with the value of the returned goods. Any goods that have ben opened will not be credited
If you are returning an item because of an error made on our part or because it is defective, we will be more than happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the goods to you and your costs in returning it to us. Otherwise, you will be responsible for delivery charges in connection with your purchase.
To return an item, send the goods to the address below quoting your order number and reason for cancellation, e.g. defective items. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the Republic of Ireland and both you and The Sweet Factory agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Ireland.
